1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) determines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of persons using the services of the Ant Colony: Wild Forest.
1.2. The purpose of the Policy is to ensure proper protection of personal data, including the protection of personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.

2. Definitions and key terms
2.1. App – Ant colony: Wild Forest
2.2. Cookie: small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser. It is used to identify your browser, provide analytics, remember information about you such as your language preference or login information.
2.3. Company: when this
policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Ant Colony: Wild
Forest, that is responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy.
2.4. Country: where Ant
Colony: Wild Forest or the owners/founders of Ant Colony: Wild Forest are based, in this case is Czech Republic.
2.5. Customer: refers to
the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Ant Colony: Wild
Forest Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service

2.6. Device: any internet
connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can
be used to visit Ant Colony: Wild Forest and use the services.

or entity that is registered with Ant Colony: Wild Forest to use the Services.

Mobile
Application — a
mobile version of the Web Application that performs the same functions and is
suitable for use from mobile and similar devices, incl. tablets. Can be placed
in the AppStore, GooglePlay and other similar platforms.
2.15. Controller — Ant Colony, which determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

8. Blocking and disabling cookies and similar technologies

cookies and prevent our website from functioning properly, and you may not be

Ant Colony: Wild Forest does not assume and shall not have any liability or
responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party
Services.

Third-Party Services and
links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access and use
them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and
conditions.
12.
Tracking Technologies of storage
12.1. Local Storage
Local Storage sometimes known as DOM storage, provides web apps with methods and protocols for storing client-side data. Web storage supports persistent data storage, similar to cookies but with a greatly enhanced capacity and no information stored in the HTTP request header.
13. Procedure for processing personal data
13.1. The controller carries out automated processing of personal data with the receipt and transmission of the received information via information and telecommunication networks or without it.

consent of the user is obtained, which is expressed by pressing

13.3.

Transfer of personal data
14.1.
The
operator has the right to transfer personal data on the grounds provided for by
law or the contract.
14.2. The transfer of personal data with the consent of the Subject of personal data is carried out to the following persons:

15. Features of the processing of personal data of juveniles
15.1.
The processing of personal data of juvenile is carried out only if they
reach the age of 16 years.
15.2.
If a juvenile does not reach the age of 16, consent to the processing of
personal data is given by his legal representative.
15.3.
In cases provided for by the national legislation of the Member States
of the European Union, consent to the processing of personal data may be given
earlier than upon reaching the age of 16, but not earlier than 13 years.
15.4. In case of obtaining consent to the processing of personal data from a juvenile in an improper way, personal data is deleted.
16.
Affiliates
16.1.
We may disclose information (including personal information) about you
to our Corporate Affiliates. For purposes of this Privacy Policy,
"Corporate Affiliate" means any person or entity which directly or
indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Ant
Colony: Wild Forest, whether by ownership or otherwise. Any information
relating to you that we provide to our Corporate Affiliates will be treated by
those Corporate Affiliates in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
17. International transfer of personal data
17.1.
Personal data may be transferred, stored, processed outside the country
or region in which it was originally collected and in which Ant Colony or its
suppliers provide services.
17.2.
The User acknowledges and agrees that the Controller may transfer
personal data to third countries outside the European Union to affiliates,
partners, third parties.
17.3.
The Controller protects personal data and takes appropriate measures to
protect them in accordance with European Union law.
17.4. When transferring personal data to countries that have not been found to provide an adequate level of data protection, the Controller guarantees the transfer of data in accordance with the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
18. Storage of personal data
18.1. The storage of personal data is carried out for the period necessary to achieve the goals specified in the Policy unless the current legislation of the European Union provides for a different storage period.
18.2. The criteria used to determine retention periods include:
· Terms of provision of services of Ant Colony to subjects of personal data;
· Changes made by the subjects of personal data, deletion of personal data;
· Existence of legal obligations on data storage;
· The expediency of storing personal data.
18.3. We do store all conversation and personal data for up to 6 years unless your account is deleted. In which case, we dispose of all data in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, but we will not hold it longer than 60 days.
19. Responsibility, security of personal data
19.1.
The controller undertakes to take measures to protect personal data from
unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking,
copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other
illegal actions in relation to personal data.
19.2.
In the event of a confirmed violation of the protection of personal
data, which may create a high degree of risk to the rights and freedoms of
individuals, the Controller must inform the User or Participant about such a
violation and take the actions necessary and reasonable to eliminate it.
19.3.
In the event of a violation of the protection of personal data, the
Controller undertakes to notify the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay.
19.4. All disputes between the Controller and the User are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the European Union.
20. Governing Law
20.1.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Czech Republic without
regard to its conflict of laws provision. You consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in connection with any action or dispute arising
between the parties under or in connection with this Privacy Policy except for
those individuals who may have rights to make claims under Privacy Shield, or
the Swiss-US framework.
20.2. The laws of Czech Republic, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the app. Your use of the app may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
20.3.
By using Ant Colony: Wild Forest or contacting us directly, you signify
your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy
Policy, you should not engage with our website, or use our services. Continued
use of the website, direct engagement with us, or following the posting of
changes to this Privacy Policy that do not significantly affect the use or
disclosure of your personal information will mean that you accept those
changes.
21.
Portability and Deletion
21.1.
We are committed to helping our customers meet the data subject rights
requirements of GDPR. Ant Colony: Wild Forest processes or stores all personal
data in fully vetted, DPA compliant vendors.
21.2. We are aware that if you are working with EU customers, you need to be able to provide them with the ability to access, update, retrieve and remove personal data. We got you! We've been set up as self-service from the start and have always given you access to your data and your customer’s data. Our customer support team is here for you to answer any questions you might have about working with the API.
22.
California Residents
22.1. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requires us to disclose categories of Personal Information we collect and how we use it, the categories of sources from whom we collect Personal Information, and the third parties with whom we share it, which we have explained above.
22.2. We are also required to communicate information about rights California residents have under California law. You may exercise the following rights:
